Meet Daral Woerle, Esquire, PMP, P2P

Born and raised in Berks County, Daral has always had a deep connection to the local community. He began his studies at Penn State University’s Berks campus before heading to University Park, where he graduated as a Distinguished Military Graduate through their ROTC program. After earning his commission, he proudly served eight years in the United States Army. Following his military service, Daral pursued his law degree at Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio, where he served on Law Review and was published.

Daral began his legal career with the Reading, PA firm of Mogel, Speidel, Bobb & Kershner, where he had interned during law school. After five years of practice, he was recruited by a project management company for both his legal experience and his Army background in project management. Though he enjoys consulting, Daral has always maintained a private law practice because of his genuine love for helping clients navigate through legal challenges.

In 2010, he founded PinnaclePM, a project management and business consulting company. Certified as both a Project Management Professional (PMP) and PRINCE2 Professional (P2P), Daral has developed and taught numerous courses on business and project management, including one specifically designed for attorneys. Over the years, he has trained thousands of professionals, both here and abroad, and worked with a diverse range of clients, from local businesses to Fortune 500 companies, university systems, government agencies, every branch of the U.S. military, and even the United Nations.

Today, Daral brings together his unique blend of legal insight, business strategy, and project management expertise to provide thoughtful, practical, and well-organized legal solutions. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of clients with their legal issues, from assisting clients plan for their future to helping a clients grow their businesses to administering estates from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh.

Daral and his wife Kimberly live in Wyomissing, PA, where they raised their two daughters and have always been active members of the community. Kimberly manages the office and serves as the firm’s notary public. Debora, Kimberly’s mother, also lives with them and serves as the resident witness when one is required. She also loves to make and share cookies. Of course, their two young Shih Tzus, Gingersnap and Calypso Bean, always love to greet everyone who comes through the door!
